List/Copy Files Help Screen
This routine allows you to view a description of each image file on
the disc, tells you the name of each file, and how big (bytes) it is.
You can also copy an image file from this routine.  To copy an image
file simply follow these instruction:
1.)  Use the arrow keys (
) to move the highlight bar to the
image file you want to copy;
2.)  Hit the "F10" function key;
3.)  Indicate whether you want to copy the file to a hard drive
or floppy drive when prompted;
4.)  If you are copying to a FLOPPY drive, type in the name of the
drive you want to copy to ( the drive specification MUST end
with a colon (:) ); or
If you are copying to a HARD drive, type in the name of the
path you want to copy ( the path specificed MUST exist and
the path name you enter MUST end with a back-slash (\) );

Reports Menu Help Screen
There are 2 reports to choose from, "TIF File List" and
"Archived File List".  Use the arrow keys (
) to hightlight
your selection and hit the "ENTER" (
) key.
1.) TIF File List:
This report details all of the image files which are
stored in TIF format (unarchived).  The report includes  
the file name of the image, the size of the file (in
bytes), and a description of the organization the seal
represents.
2.) Archived File List:
This report details all of the image files which are
stored in archived formart.
The report includes the
same information as the first report.
